The next Area Show will again be held at The City of London Freeman’s School, Ashtead, but this time we have made some changes. There will be a totally integrated Photographic Competition that will run alongside the Floral Art Competition and be staged and judged in the same way.
The Floral Art competitor staging will be on Thursday 29th March 2012 4pm – 9pm. Juniors 3pm – 4pm. The photographic entries must be sent in before Saturday 4th February 2012 and will be staged on behalf of the competitors by the Show Committee also on Thursday 29th March 2012.
The judging will take place on Friday 30th March 2012 9.30am – 1pm. After which there will be a Preview Evening and Prizegiving from 5pm – 9pm, all competitors are invited to attend, guests may accompany them - Guest tickets are £8.
The Show will be open to all on Saturday 31st March 2012 from 10am – 5pm tickets are £6.
During the day there will be two free mini demonstrations given by Dr Christina Curtis, sales tables, refreshments and a raffle. The Junior and Public Choice Prizegiving and raffle draw will take place at 4pm. Arrangements have been made for six coaches to park at the Venue making this an excellent day out for Clubs.

The Photography Schedules will be available from Monday 6th June 2011 and copies will be available for download on this website from this date.
The Floral Art Schedules will be available from Monday 12th September 2011 and copies will be available for download on this website from this date.
The Show Committee look forward to receiving all Surrey Area members’ entries and to welcoming all members and visitors to the Show.
